Here are the membership guidelines that have been established for the upcoming 2007-08 season. Please note that all three requirements must be met before you will be eligible to participate.
1. An annual membership to the United States Biathlon Association will be required to use the biathlon range and club equipment. A USBA membership will provide all participants with insurance coverage during club practices and events, in addition to supporting the development of biathlon in the US. The annual membership fee is $50 for adults, and $25 for individuals under age 21. There is also a $10 "member for a day" option for those who wish to try biathlon first, before committing to an annual membership. More information can be found on the USBA website, or you can download a membership form here.
2. There will be no club membership dues required, but you will be asked to complete a club waiver form, which is available for download here.
3. You must be safety certified before participating in club practices and events. If you attended one of last seasons clinics, then you have met this requirement. If you have not yet attended a safety certification clinic, you may practice if there is a certified coach or instructor present. Please contact us if you would like to participate, but have not yet attended a safety clinic.
