The Wisconsin Biathlon Association is comprised of individuals of all ages and abilities participating in biathlon, the Olympic winter sport combining cross country skiing and rifle marksmanship. Whether you're a weekend warrior looking for a new challenge or a serious athlete with Olympic aspirations, you are invited to come out, join the fun, and give the sport a try.
The first step to getting started is to attend a safety certification clinic, where you will learn all about biathlon and the safety guidelines for participation. A number of events and practices are schedules for the 2007-08 season, and all the equipment needed to participate is supplied.
